• 6:00 PM: Doors open, silent auction starts in the Vestry
• 6:00 - 6:45 PM: Cocktail hour with apps, piano entertainment
• 7:00 PM: Dinner
• 7:15 - 7:45 PM: Gala program
• 7:45 - 10:30 PM: Band performs, dancing, dessert
• 9:30 PM: Silent Auction Closes
• 10:30 PM: Program ends
